The specifications for this logo was that the style be trendy, edgy, and elegant. To best accomplish this, a custom serif typeface was designed with a color palette suggestive of gold as that is a material the client works with. To soften the sharpness of the type, two curling flourishes were added to the letters "a" and "y".
